Located south of Sydney in a leafy suburb of the Sutherland Shire, Tiny Haus was designed by Ironbark Architect Chris Freeburn along with home owners Dan and Marnie.
The house includes 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4), a play space, full kitchen, dining, living & bathroom. It also has considered small space design features including a vertical bedroom, custom multi-purpose joinery and the blend of indoor and outdoor living giving the feeling of more space.
For this family of mermaids (and one mer-man) a pool was a must – in fact the pool has a larger footprint than the house. With plenty of outdoor entertaining space and 2 kitchen gardens that provide an abundance of beautiful food for not only themselves but their family and friends too.
